Growing up, I admired my father, who spent his life in the oil fields. His expertise, the respect he earned, and the lifestyle he provided for our family left a lasting impression. I dreamed of achieving the same—but the road was anything but easy.

After graduating, resources were scarce, and money was tight. Determined to support myself, I took on temporary jobs, eventually landing as an Assistant Mechanic on Rig One in the Red Sea. Despite the challenges, I worked with unwavering dedication. Within five months, my efforts caught the attention of management. Little did I know, this recognition would set the stage for a life-changing opportunity.

One day, the HR manager called me in with a surprising offer: a role as a Safety Officer. My first reaction was confusion—"What does a Safety Officer even do?" But then he mentioned the salary: four times what I was making as an Assistant Mechanic. My decision was immediate.

Over the years, my QHSE journey took me across rigs, services, and countries. I embraced every challenge, climbing the management ladder until I became the QHSE Manager of International Operations at AlMansoori, a company I hold dear to my heart. For 16 years, I worked alongside incredible people, contributing to a business that set industry standards.

QHSE wasn’t just a job—it became a passion. It taught me leadership, resilience, and the importance of protecting lives while ensuring operational excellence. This field gave me financial security, global exposure, and a purpose that I carried with pride.

Starting from scratch, with just five people and AED 50,000, I embarked on a journey to build a business that could uphold the same values I cherished.
